Here's the place to find old friends, long lost relatives and
neighbours - or let them find you. A meeting place for Nova Scotians
everywhere. For those who moved away and those who didn't, and
for all our new CFA's from far flung ports!
Did you know you can enter a person's name in our Highway 7 Search
Tool, and find their Guestbook entries? Try it and see who turns
up!
Note: If you wish to send an email to anyone on this page, replace
the "(at)" in the address with the usual "@" character.
We've added this feature to make it a little more difficult for spammers to
collect your addresses.
|
As hard as we tried, we have not been
able to prevent abuse of the Guestbooks by spammers, so we've had to
deactivate the input facility - at least for now. :-(
As a safe and convenient alternative,
why not sign up on our new Highway7 Community
Forum.
The Forums are an ideal place to actually
talk, find old friends or make new ones, ask questions, make announcements
and share ideas. It's free and if you wish, totally anonymous!

Hi, I was born and raised in Halifax and moved to Lower Sackville
with my husband in 1975 when we bought a home on Prince Street.
We divorced and the children and I lived in that home until 1984.
I and my four adult children now live in the Lower mainland of
BC.
I had many wonderful and dear friends whilst living in Lower Sackville and a few very close girl friends. I have been trying to locate Susan West (husband Lloyd ) who was one of my neighbours. If you see this Sue, please write. Nova Scotia is the most endearing province in our fair country and she is my home.

I'm looking to hear from "Kerry Allen" who used to live
in East Chezzetcook several years back. We lost touch over the
past few years and I would love to hear from her again.
Last I knew, she lived in Toronto. She was close friends with
Aileen Cross who is now married and I'm not sure of her last name.
If anyone knows the how to contact either of these people, please
send my little write up along with my email address to them if
you would. I would be thankfull to anyone that could help me with
this.

Very nicely put, "your part of our country"! We live in different regions,
but it is all OUR country, a treasure we don't always fully appreciate.

I, like Brenda Martell also graduated from Glace Bay High, but
in 1992 and I would love to chat with someone from home.
I really miss Glace Bay, but had to move to Manitoba
where jobs teaching are more plenitful. I enjoy living and working
in this small rural town of Vita, MB. Can't wait to hear from
someone soon!
