Your web site looks great.
We just had 12 inches of snow at 6,000 ft. in Ymir, BC.
May go for a snowmobile ride and pack some of my new trails.
Hope you have a good winter.
For a spectacular back country experience try KMA this winter..

Interesting site, especially when doing research into the families on the Eastern Shore. My ancestors came from this area in 1900 and settled on P.E.I. so I am very interested in this area. I have visited a number of times in the last few years.

Dorothy and I are very proud to share the Shore since choosing to retire here. I used to own a cottage on hwy 357 not far from Sheet Harbour and have always wanted to live on the Shore. Glad we finally made it. The Shore is not more beautiful as other areas but it is as beautiful, and so are the residents.

It's nice to see the eastern shore is on the cutting edge of technology.

Left Harrigan's Cove in 1973 for the promise land (Hamilton, ON.)

Looked back many times. Wondered how my childhood friends and classmates are and what life would have been like if I had stayed.

So many of the kids I grew up with are now dead, like; Phillip MacDonald from Harrigan's Cove, Howard MacDonald, Philbert Pye and more.

Many times, I've looked at old class pictures from Grade 1 in Moser's River-Mrs. Moser was our teacher and Grade 6 when Marie Miller was our teacher and wonder where everyone has gone.

I went to Duncan MacMillan High in 1970-1973. Those were the days... record hops, gossip papers on Fridays and whatever happened to Fuggy Wuggies? What I wouldn't give to have one right now or a scoop of grapenut ice cream.

Keep up the good work with the web page. Nice to have a life line with the old community.
