Enjoy this beautiful hilltop cottage overlooking Lake Charlotte. One of Nova Scotia's larger lakes, Lake Charlotte is twelve miles long and offers a variety of activities. There is good fishing for trout and salmon as well as superior boating. We have a full service marina where you can launch your own boat or rent one of our canoes, pedal boats or surf bikes for the enjoyment of the whole family. The cottage has its own beach area and private dock, or there is an adjacent swimming beach with supervision during July and August from 9am to 5pm.
Nearby Attractions And Amenities:Ocean Beaches: Two of Nova Scotia's finest beaches are just minutes away from our location. Martinique Beach and Clam Harbour Beach: Martinique is one of the longest white sand beaches in Nova Scotia and Clam Harbour Beach is the home of the famous Clam Harbour Sand Sculpture contest.
Historic sites and local museums: We have several historic sites and local museums in the area; Fisherman' life Museum, Musquodoboit Harbour Railway Museum, Memory Lane Heritage Village, Sherbrooke Village. Restaurants: You can sample everything from local seafood to Chinese food in the eating establishments located in the area. Member

If you are looking for adventure, you can kayak among the offshore islands of Tangier with Scott Cunningham and Coastal Adventures. Golfing: There are two golf courses within a 35 minute drive of the cottage. River Oaks golf course is an 18 hole course with all the services and amenities located in Meaghers Grant. Harbour Ridge is a new course with 9 holes open this year. As well, there are numerous courses within easy commuting distance near the cities of Dartmouth and Halifax. Webber's Lakeside Cottage is open for weekly rentals all year. Our weekly rate is $1199.00 plus HST. The rental includes seven nights in the cottage. Also included is free use of our boat rentals (two hours per day) and free use of our laundry facilities. Our cottage guests are welcome to make use of the campground facilities and take part in any campground activities. Reservations are required and must be guaranteed with a visa or master card. Any damage caused by a registered guest or visitor to the cottage will be repaired at the expense of the registered guest. Starting August 1, 2001 our introductory special rate is $800.00 per week. This rate includes all of the above and the same restrictions apply. We also have special off-season rates for weekends and weeks.

This
large housekeeping cottage comes complete with everything your family
needs to have a fun filled vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, three piece
bath and two bedrooms with bedding. The living room furniture includes
a sofa bed bringing the total sleeping capacity to six persons. Included
is electric heat, hot water, television and telephone,(local calls only)
Our fully winterized cottage is ideal any season of the year.
Situated
on the eastern shore of Nova Scotia, Lake Charlotte has long been associated
with superb outdoor activities in all seasons. There is fishing, boating
and water sports in spring and summer as well as hunting or hiking in
the fall. In the winter, there are many opportunities for cross country
skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling or skating. We are also within easy
commuting distance to Metro Halifax and Dartmouth, offering all the
activities and entertainment of a large city.
We

where you can enjoy the many pleasures of a large centre; live theatre,
a casino, movies, bars and dancing, fine dining, boating on the harbour,
